Manager Hardware Engineering Validation and Infrastructure, Platforms
The Google Platforms Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Google’s compute and storage machines to satisfy Google Data Center internal use and external Cloud customers. Our team designs and builds the hardware, software, and networking technologies that power all of Google's services.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $236000 - $330000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working in a data center systems architecture, design, hardware bring-up and validation technical environment.
- 5 years of experience in technical leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience using data analytics to inform strategies for qualification and design validation.
