R&D Electrical Engineer

Description -

We are seeking an experienced EE Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in printed circuit board assembly (PCA) design and product-level electrical implementation. This role focuses on detailed circuit design, layout review, and ensuring robust electrical performance of printer products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PCA design activities, including schematic design, layout review, and design implementation support
• Ensure high-quality design practices across analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits
• Apply strong understanding of signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), EMC/EMI, and thermal design considerations
• Perform component selection, footprint definition, and design rule compliance
• Support PCB stack-up definition and layout optimization in collaboration with layout engineers
• Participate in design reviews and ensure design intent is properly translated into layout
• Support design validation activities and ensure smooth transition from prototype to production
• Support electrical issue debugging, failure analysis, and root cause investigation during development and production phases
• Contribute to DfX efforts (Design for Reliability, Manufacturability, Testability) at PCA level
• Support EMC/EMI debugging and compliance testing activities
• Work closely with manufacturing and test teams to resolve build and yield issues

Education & Experience Recommended

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EE design or PCA/PCB-related engineering roles
• Experience participating in product development cycles from design to production
