Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Cable and Wire Harness – Level 3 to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. No relocation is available.
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cable & Wire Harness Technician 3 to support our Space Systems Division located in Gilbert, AZ. This position entails the fabrication and assembly of complex Space flight cable and harnesses assemblies from drawings, schematics, wire lists, or engineering sketches in conformance with government specifications and workmanship standards. Assembly is performed in a professional atmosphere in an ESD and FOD awareness area. Daily work attire includes lab coat and latex gloves at all times. Regular use of soldering iron, tweezers, heat gun and other common hand tools.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $55,800.00 - $93,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
