Job Purpose
To support the continues growth of the MEA region.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, planning, and analysis of complex civil projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Oversee project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
Act as a key client contact to understand requirements, provide professional advice, and manage expectations.
Provide guidance, technical mentorship, and direction to junior and intermediate engineers.
Contribute to proposals, bids, and market strategy to secure new work.
Conduct and verify technical reviews (e.g., drawings, calculations, modeling) to ensure quality
Required Qualifications & Skills
BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc in Civil Engineering or related field.
5–12+ years in engineering consulting, with proven experience in technical design and project management.
Professional Registration with ECSA (Pr.Eng or Pr.TechEng) is advantageous.
Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license
Must be willing to travel
