TITLE: Manager, Manufacturing Engineering
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
DUTIES: Coordinates daily and long-term business requirements and ensures equipment is in a state of readiness to meet required output.
Create and implement of change controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operation equipment.
Monitor product quality standards and SQtPP (Safety, Quality, Identity, Potency, and Purity) of the product and ensure quality guidelines and timelines are met.
Serve as Project Manager for engineering and CAPEX projects.
Provide adequate risk management and life-cycle reliability of equipment.
Prepare and handle engineering budgets and track financials for projects/budget, report status.
Travel: Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.
REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement: 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or related experience. Required knowledge or experience with: 1 year of reliability engineering experience; Experience with implementing and managing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); Automation and Manufacturing Operations experience; Manufacturing Quality systems and standards; Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and remediate issues found during testing; and Technical authorship.
