Pay Range

$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work: 

This is a 14-bed Medical Telemetry unit located at Atrium Health Cabarrus that utilizes telemetry for monitoring cardiac patients and can manage low risk cardiac drips offering a collaborative and dynamic environment for patient care. This low-to-moderate acuity that specializes in caring for patients with a range of medical conditions requiring close monitoring and specialized interventions. Our team works closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians from multiple specialties, to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.  This unit has optional cross training to sister units Nephrology / Inpatient Oncology which offer development of new skill sets such as Chemotherapy administration and Peritoneal Dialysis  

 

We’re Looking For:  

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing  

  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices  

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association  

  

What You’ll Do:  

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.  

• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Atrium Health Cabarrus is a 457-bed tertiary care facility serving Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and surrounding counties. As a designated Level III Trauma Center, we provide comprehensive emergency services and a wide range of specialty medical care. We are proud to hold disease-specific certifications in Stroke, Epilepsy, Spine, Bariatrics, and Chest Pain Center care.
