Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center (CMC)

is the flagship hospital of Atrium Health, which is distinguished throughout the Southeastern United States for its excellent patient care and medical expertise. CMC serves as the region’s only Level 1 Trauma center, is Magnet-designated, and also an approved transplant center for heart, kidney, pancreas and liver. We also serve as one of North Carolina’s five Academic Medical Center Teaching Hospitals, providing residency training for more than 200 physicians in 15 specialties and serve as a satellite for the medical school at UNC-Chapel Hill.

This role is tied to the opening of our new, state-of-the-art bed tower, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative phase of growth within an academic Level I trauma center. The facility is designed to support high-acuity patient care, advanced clinical technology, and innovative education, while optimizing interdisciplinary collaboration and streamlined workflows.

Team members joining at this time will play a key role in establishing standards, educating staff within a new environment, and shaping care delivery models that support a high-reliability, patient-centered culture from the ground up.

A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.
