- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Clinical Operations, SMM, Supply Chain, Medical, IT, Commercial and others to rapidly resolve issues and meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers.
- Site Enablement and Training: Coordinate with Regional and Territory Operations Managers to identify site logistics and personnel; ensure COI/COC readiness and secure access to our digital platform.
- Product and Material Issue Resolution: Ensure issues related to cellular starting material, IMP, and supplies are addressed quickly and communicated to the relevant site to prevent delays.
- Quality and Compliance Collaboration: Work with QA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on OOS events, product recalls, and product issues; contribute to site-level improvements that raise standards.
- Process and Documentation: Develop internal and external SOPs and materials; complete all Cell Therapy Hub training; demonstrate expert navigation of the Customer Portal, Telephony system, SOPs, work instructions, and business rules.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and lead improvements that improve patient and site experience; coordinate rollout of process changes alongside Regional and Territory Operations Management.
- Maintain current knowledge of goals, processes, regulatory standards, and procedures. Demonstrate genuine passion and care toward individuals receiving treatment. Uphold Cell Therapy Hub values in daily work.
- Travel: Travel more than 50% to support sites, build relationships, and ensure consistent execution across your geography.
- Stabilize onboarding and secure first-patient-in achievements at priority sites in the near term. Over time, build a scalable operating model for therapeutic and market-facing cell therapy delivery across multiple centers.

- Minimum 4 years of experience within a Cell Therapy Program as a: Research Coordinator, Nurse Coordinator, Apheresis Nurse, Cell Lab Professional, Quality Manager, in the healthcare systems or regulatory environment.
