Our Professional Trainee Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare consulting, with a focus on Market Access strategy. You’ll receive structured training, mentorship from experienced consultants, and exposure to real client projects.
As part of our collaborative and flat team structure, you will work closely with senior leaders while developing core consulting and analytical skills. High-performing trainees will be considered for a full-time Associate role upon successful completion of the program.
What You’ll Experience
Hands-on consulting experience solving real healthcare business challenges
Structured training in market access strategy, data analysis, and storytelling
Direct exposure to senior leaders, client work, and high-impact projects
Advanced skill-building in Excel modeling, PowerPoint, and data-driven insights
Mentorship, feedback, and a clear path to a full-time Associate role
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality quantitative and qualitative analyses to address client business questions
Leverage large datasets (“big data”) to identify trends, generate insights, and support actionable recommendations
Perform primary and secondary research across markets, payers, physicians, patients, and competitors
Support the development of predictive models related to pricing, contracting strategies, patient affordability, and product utilization
Translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights and client-ready deliverables (presentations, reports, etc.)
Actively contribute to internal discussions, problem-solving, and project execution
Maintain high quality standards by applying quality control (QC) processes across all work
Manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and communicate progress and challenges proactively
Build foundational knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting practices
Qualifications
Recently graduated or about to receive diploma in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with strong affinity for data and analytics.
Fluency in English (B2–C1 minimum; strong business communication preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Excel. SQL, Python or other similar tools are a plus.
Genuine interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and consulting
Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) and valid visa to travel to the U.S.
Additional Details
Location: Mexico City (hybrid model; in-office presence required at least 2 times per week)
Final evaluation at the end of the program with potential full-time Associate offer
