Physical Therapist Assistant - Casual

Our Inpatient Care Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is a licensed healthcare professional who works under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT) in hospital or acute care settings. The PTA provides hands-on rehabilitation services to patients who are admitted for medical conditions, surgeries, or injuries, focusing on restoring mobility, preventing complications, and supporting safe discharge planning.

Work Schedule + Work Shift Details:

• First Shift-Day Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm and/or 7:00am - 4:00pm including (1 weekend shift a month + 1 holiday weekend shift)

Job Role Required Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required..
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Strong team orientation required.
• Strong computer and office equipment skills required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire required, must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) program.

Job Role Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior inpatient rehabilitation treatment care experience preferred.
