About the Job

As a Sales Representative at Sanofi, you will be responsible for providing sustainable business performance within your assigned territory by building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring patients and consumers can access innovative healthcare solutions while delivering meaningful customer experiences aligned with Sanofi’s purpose.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals through face-to-face and digital engagement
  • Execute territory business plans to maximize reach, coverage, and performance in line with company objectives
  • Promote Sanofi’s portfolio responsibly, ensuring scientific accuracy and customer-centric communication
  • Identify market opportunities and customer needs to support sustainable business growth
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver consistent and high-quality customer experiences
  • Ensure full compliance with Sanofi policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
  • Continuously develop skills and capabilities to adapt to a changing healthcare environment

 

About You

  • Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role within a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with accountability and resilience Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
  • Comfort using digital tools and systems to manage customer interactions
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience (not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in local language; English is an advantage Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
