GENERAL SUMMARY:
Participates in a structured Post-graduate Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship Program designed to support transition to independent neonatal practice. The fellowship includes supervised clinical care in the NICU and delivery room, formal didactics, procedural training, scholarly and quality improvement activities, and professional development aligned with program curricula and institutional guidelines. 60-80 hours per week.
