- Manage daily marketing operations, sales calls and ongoing education with referral decision makers.
- Facilitate education on guidelines and agency services provided.
- Participate in community education events, including speaking to healthcare professionals and institutions to provide education on services offered by Mission Healthcare.
- Coordinate with physician offices for necessary documentation, such as physician signature on orders, required addendums and other documents in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, assist in establishing territory volume projections and monitor the allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Mission Healthcare’s markets including major payor groups, key referral sources and competitor’s market positioning.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with referral and payor sources.
- Monitor and report on cost-effective marketing efforts.
- Remain educated and up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Ability to assertively market and deal tactfully with patients, their families and the community.
- Demonstrate autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Home health industry knowledge and expertise.
- Prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Financial and sales analysis.
