We are looking for a Medical Records Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be the critical link between primary and specialty care practices and our clinical teams, ensuring that the right patient information reaches the right people at the right time.
What you'll do
As the Medical Records Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end process of obtaining, organizing, and transferring clinical records from hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers into the Diverge Health Electronic Medical Record (EMR), supporting our patient-facing teams in delivering timely, high-quality care in securing government benefits for our most complex patients.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The expected hourly rate for this role is $26–$29 per hour, commensurate with experience.
