Accountabilities:

  • Provide on-site clinical and technical support during complex interventional cardiology procedures, serving as a key resource for physicians, cath lab teams, and investigational sites.
  • Deliver expert guidance on device usage, procedural workflows, troubleshooting, and best practices to support successful clinical outcomes.
  • Lead physician, investigator, and clinical staff training programs to ensure readiness and effective adoption of new technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, investigators, nurses, and hospital teams, acting as a trusted clinical partner.
  • Support the execution of clinical studies through site engagement, enrollment support, procedural assistance, and clinical data collection activities.
  • Assist with site initiation visits, physician onboarding, and study-related educational programs.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, engineering, and product teams to communicate physician feedback, procedural insights, and opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of investigational technologies while ensuring alignment with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel extensively to clinical sites across the United States to support procedures, training sessions, and study activities.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Cardiovascular Technology, Nursing, or a related clinical or technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of cardiac catheterization laboratory experience supporting regulated clinical studies within the medical device industry.
    • Experience supporting complex interventional cardiology procedures in a clinical environment.
    • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular catheter-based technologies, invasive imaging systems, structural heart procedures, or advanced interventional therapies.
    • Experience supporting Class III cardiovascular medical devices, investigational studies, IDE trials, or pre-approval clinical programs is highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to train physicians, nurses, and clinical teams on new technologies and procedural workflows.
    • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and experience supporting regulated clinical research activities.
    • Solid understanding of invasive physiology measurements and methodologies, including Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) and Coronary Flow Reserve (CFR).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with physicians and healthcare professionals.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, technical aptitude, and capacity to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
    • Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the United States.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
