This is a highly cross-functional environment where clinical excellence, patient experience, and operational efficiency must all be balanced at scale. You will play a critical role in shaping how modern, home-based sleep care is delivered to thousands of patients nationwide. The position is best suited for a leader who thrives in mission-driven healthcare innovation and large-scale operational transformation.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and scale end-to-end clinical operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality delivery of care across providers, patients, and diagnostic pathways.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for clinicians including physicians, nurse practitioners, and sleep technologists across multiple states.
  • Design and optimize care coordination workflows spanning referral intake, diagnostics, treatment initiation, and ongoing patient support.
  • Build and manage capacity planning models, workforce strategies, and staffing optimization to align clinical supply with patient demand.
  • Own patient conversion and experience metrics, identifying drop-off points and implementing improvements across the care journey.
  • Drive operational performance of home sleep testing and therapy logistics, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Translate business growth targets into operational plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in collaboration with finance and leadership teams.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve clinical processes, strengthen compliance, and enhance overall system performance.
  • Manage and develop distributed operational teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across functions.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in clinical operations within healthcare, telehealth, or healthcare services environments.
    • 3–5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large, multi-functional operational teams (50+ employees).
    • Strong track record of scaling clinical or care delivery operations across multiple states or distributed care environments.
    • Experience in care coordination, patient operations, or healthcare workflow optimization in high-volume settings.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage operational budgets, workforce planning, and cost-per-patient or unit economics analysis.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to operational decision-making.
    • Experience collaborating with clinical leadership, product, engineering, finance, and compliance stakeholders.
    • Ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong execution and prioritization skills.
    • Bonus: experience in telehealth, digital health, ambulatory care, or rapidly scaling healthcare organizations.
    • Bonus: advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related clinical field.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive executive-level compensation aligned with senior healthcare operations leadership roles.
      • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
      • Fully remote work model with flexibility across U.S. time zones.
      • Generous paid time off, including vacation days, federal holidays, and paid sick leave.
      • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
      • Annual stipend for phone and internet to support remote work needs.
      • Opportunity to work at the forefront of digital healthcare innovation with meaningful patient impact.
