Role Summary

Support employee and labor relations activities, providing guidance on labor law, HR policies, and compliance. Assist with policy updates, case management, and process coordination. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees and HR teams, escalating complex issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Controls and Compliance

  • Support implementation of Internal Controls.

  • Partner with HR teams during audits by gathering data, preparing documentation, and tracking follow-up actions.

  • Help ensure timely adoption of policies and controls across the GU.

  • Assist with the coordination of processes related to Policies & Procedures, Compliance, and Internal Controls.

  • Contribute to governance discussions by providing input on process impacts.

  • Monitor process performance and highlight risks or issues, escalating when necessary.

  • Support communication and change management efforts for policy and process adoption.

Policies and Procedures

  • Provide first-level guidance on HR policies and procedures to HR teams, employees, and managers.

  • Assist in reviewing and updating policies in line with business needs and local legislation.

  • Collaborate with HR leadership by sharing insights and improvement opportunities for ER & LR programs.

  • Support drafting and formatting of policy documents and education materials.

  • Provide basic consultation on policy requirements under supervision.

  • Support policy implementation and communication in partnership with local HR.

  • Participate in managing employee relations cases, helping review misconduct incidents and preparing documentation.

  • Assist Corporate Investigations in fact-finding for Business Ethics Line matters.

  • Identify recurring questions or issues that may signal a need for policy updates.

  • Help monitor compliance-related topics with Shared Services.

  • Support measurement of process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Legal teams by gathering information related to legislative compliance

Qualifications

Degree in Labor Sciences, Law or Diploma in Labor Relations.

Related experience of at least 5 years.

Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.

Computer skills: Office package, Sharepoint, Outlook, Workday

Fluent in English
