Corpay's Pre-Boarding & Offer Management service sits at a critical control point in the hiring lifecycle: offer accuracy, candidate experience, compliance, and onboarding readiness. The impact is operational precision + experience quality. The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) partners with the Talent Acquisition teams to provide pre-boarding support for external hires.
The TAS will be the point of contact for candidates who have received a verbal offer of employment and will:
Issue the employment contract and other relevant documentation depending on the line of business and role to the candidate for signature in Workday.
The Management of offers in Dayforce post contract has been sent by the system.
Issue out internal job changes memos for internal moves.
Welcome them to Corpay by both email and telephone call, ensuring the candidate has the TAS’s contact details. The TAS will walk the candidate through the steps of the pre-boarding experience, which includes the background checks and the required drug screening (if applicable depending on country).
Will keep in regular contact with the candidate ensuring the candidate is on track to complete their actions.
Make the candidate feel connected to Corpay. Answering questions and issue resolution.
Post background check successful completion, send the official Welcome email and call them 3 days prior to their joining date.
The TAS will keep Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers up to date with the stages their candidates are at and of any issues that may arise. This includes:
Offer signature and acceptance.
Candidate not signing the agreement.
Declining the offer.
Candidate not contactable.
Candidate has delays in the process due to background checks and drug screening.
Candidate circumstances change.
Clearance on all checks required.
Issue with drugs or background checks – not clearing.
At times the TAS will also be liaising with business leaders and hiring managers, candidate experience teams & onboarding and the wider HR community.
Key Responsibilities:
Check the Global TA inbox for notifications on required candidate actions daily.
Complete the hiring tracker with new entries and progress.
Complete the required updates and information in the HR system.
Trigger and manage all background verification checks according to the country’s requirements.
Ensuring all approvals have been received to issue the employment contract to the candidate.
Being the main point of contact throughout the pre-boarding process to the candidate and the Talent Acquisition Partner.
Work to the SLAs for service delivery.
Report on candidate progress to the Onboarding Team for volume intake dates.
Deliver great customer service to all parties.
Manage the onboarding of EOR workers.
Manage onboarding of all contractors.
Identify process improvements.
Process and change management reporting.
Support in training Talent Acquisition team members on the pre-boarding process
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of administration experience.
Proven customer service experience in a corporate environment.
Team player.
Microsoft proficient user.
Prior experience in a HR administration role.
Proficient IT user.
Well organized and process orientated.
Good with detail.
Can multi-task.
Can adhere to strict deadlines.
Good communication.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Transparency 461,800.00 - 692,600.00 CZK gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process
