Job Summary The role involves developing sourcing strategies, talent mapping, market intelligence, and building qualified candidate pipelines for niche and business-critical positions. Candidates should have strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search techniques, talent intelligence, and sourcing for technology, engineering, AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, and other specialized skill areas. Experience working in a fast-paced global environment with strong stakeholder management and ATS expertise (Workday preferred) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Support active requisitions across multiple regions and deliver qualified candidate pipelines within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TATs).
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche, technical, leadership, and business-critical positions across global markets.
• Conduct talent mapping, competitor intelligence, and market research to identify target talent pools and hiring opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence on skill availability, talent supply, compensation trends, competitor hiring practices, and regional talent dynamics.
• Partner with stakeholders across geographies to understand hiring requirements, market challenges, and talent needs.
• Build strong talent pipelines for immediate hiring needs while ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, professional networks, job boards, social platforms, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques, X-ray searches, talent mining methodologies, and AI-powered sourcing tools to identify passive and active talent.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, engagement, qualification, and interest assessment before presenting profiles.
• Maintain high levels of ATS hygiene, candidate tracking, documentation, and sourcing compliance.
• Deliver market insights and hiring recommendations to support workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Support Inclusion & Belonging initiatives by ensuring diverse candidate representation across talent pipelines.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams and adapt to different regional hiring practices, cultural nuances, and stakeholder expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in global sourcing supporting Americas, EMEA, SEMEA, APJ hiring markets.
- Candidates with 6 to 10 years of experience in global sourcing.
• Strong understanding of global talent landscapes, skill availability, competitor mapping, and labor market trends.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Talent Scout, and other sourcing platforms.
• Advanced Boolean search, X-ray search, internet research, and talent mapping capabilities.
• Experience sourcing for technology, engineering, R&D, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, Product Development, and other niche skill areas.
• Strong market intelligence, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience working with ATS platforms such as Workday and other recruitment technologies.
• Exposure to AI-powered sourcing tools and talent intelligence solutions is highly desirable.
Work Environment
• Flexible to work across global time zones and support stakeholders like Americas, EMEA, APJ and SEMEA.
• Willingness to work in flexible or overlapping shifts based on business requirements.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, and highly collaborative global environment.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
