Senior Human Resources Generalist

Lytx India is looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong HR Business Partner (HRBP) and employee relations exposure to support day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives and support our growing site in India.

You’ll Get To:

  • Provide first-level mentoring to employees and managers on employee discretionary policies, mentoring and various lifecycle processes and moments that matter
  • Managing employee relations, role changes, and exit interview
  • Drive operational excellence across case management by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, documentation integrity, and timely resolution
  • Deliver consistent, compliant, and high-quality customer service
  • Support performance reviews, talent development and retention initiatives
  • Maintain a data-driven approach, using insights to improve employee experience and streamline processes
  • Advise managers on HR policies, employee concerns, and people decisions
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management (PIP’s), and employee development
  • Drive engagement initiatives and support culture-building programs
  • Support employee development plan for high potential employees and all employees across organization
  • Maintain HR data, dashboards, and ensure compliance with local labour laws
  • Handle complete employee and manager inquiries, including complicated and escalated situations, applying strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Working with global teams in a highly matrixed global organization
  • Proactively anticipate operational risks and implement preventive, scalable solutions to mitigate impact

What you need:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving skills, customer-focused approach with a dedication to delivering outstanding employee experience
  • Experience in fast-growing, tech, product, or startup environments preferred
  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and act with ownership
  • Practical problem-solving capability with good judgment
  • Critical thinking and analytical ability
  • Ability to clearly articulate problem areas and influence collaborators toward solutions
  • Strong solution-oriented focus with a continuous improvement approach
  • Empathy and sensitivity when handling employee matters
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating complex scenarios
  • The Position requires in office and remote/hybrid work in Bangalore, India

Preferred Attributes:

  • MBA / Master’s degree in HR or a related field
  • 8+ years of HR experience covering both HR Generalist and HRBP responsibilities
  • Employee relations experience is an added advantage
  • High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
  • Working knowledge of HRIS is preferred
