About the Role:

As a member of the HR team, the Human Resources Coordinator II supports contingent workforce, new and current employees onboarding, and the various HR teams, including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, with day-to-day activities related to guidelines, workflows and approvals. This position will respond to employee and third-party employment inquiries and gathers data for and supports various HR projects. Responsibilities may include a multitude of activities in any of the areas such as, prepare termination packets, maintain records for EEO, order benefit brochures, supplies, and provide support for other functional items. May participate in and/or conduct research and analyze data for assigned projects, as directed.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

  • Program Support, may:

    • Will support responding to general HR inquiries through ServiceNow ticketing system

    • Assist in the tracking of the relocation cases of new employees, including expense tracking, triage issues/questions and supporting the communication with the vendor

    • Administer day-to-day activities related to the recognition and other company-wide programs

    • Support the administration of the Company’s Safe Driver program, including coordinating annual MVR checks and follow up for certain employees

    • Conducts background checks and screens relative to the credentialling program

    • Supports contingent worker program initiatives

    • Coordinates new hire orientation, processing I9’s, and overall coordination of the on-boarding program

  • Compliance, may:

    • Assist HR Compliance Administrator with tracking of programs in the Company’s Learning Management System (LMS), such as harassment training, new hire training administration, and related follow up

    • Coordinate the accumulation of and administration of compliance poster per federal, state, or local guidelines

    • Respond to DOL, state and other government surveys and data requests

    • Be responsible for unemployment claims

    • Coordinate federal, state and insurance carrier worker’s compensation reporting and premium payment processing

  • Data Management, may:

    • Create, organize, maintain, update, store and secure employee records within data management system

    • For non-automated processes, update HCM database records and process paperwork related to new hires, terminations and other status changes as needed

    • Support administration of Contingent Workforce (CW), including tracking, processing filing and status determination of CWs

    • Gather, monitor and validate HCM data, including troubleshooting and running reports

  • Other HR Responsibilities, may:

    • Act as an employee point of contact for questions/solutions and/or refer to appropriate HR team member including:

      • Creating Purchase Orders and upload contracts in Agiloft

      • employee benefits/insurance

      • Open Enrollment/system questions

  • May coordinate employee events and activities.

  • May assist with administrative tasks as needed and act as back-up to other HR Coordinators as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/Associate's degree + 2+ years of HR or related experience, OR

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with some relevant experience

HR Knowledge

  • General understanding of HR programs, policies, procedures, and processes

  • Familiarity with employee records and HR systems

  • Understanding of how HR supports broader business objectives​

Administrative & Operational Skills

  • Ability to handle routine to moderately complex HR tasks independently

  • Utilized Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage data, prepare reports, and support business operations

  • Support multiple projects simultaneously

  • Meet deadlines and manage competing priorities

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

Communication & Relationship Building

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional email, phone, and in-person communication

  • Ability to build relationships across departments and with leadership

  • Good judgment and interpersonal skills

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $23.42-$31.92. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
