Analyst / Senior Analyst (Level) – Contingent Workforce HR Operations
Role Objective
Execute day‑to‑day contingent workforce onboarding and related HR operational activities with accuracy and timeliness, supporting SLA delivery and quality outcomes under defined processes and controls.
Roles and Responsibilities
Execute contingent worker transactions including onboarding, contract updates, extensions, offboarding, and associated documentation checks.
Creation of contingent workforce profiles within HR systems ensuring accuracy of data capture. Trigger work-flows in HRIS to enable provisioning of systems, access and other resources
Process changes to contingent worker records
Manage queries relating to contingent worker access rights, onboarding documentation, and eligibility for engagement.
Manage cases through defined intake channels and case management tools, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks.
Perform data validation, system updates, and compliance checks in line with approved SOPs and control requirements.
Identify and escalate exceptions, data discrepancies, and policy deviations to Leads or Managers with complete and accurate documentation.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready external staff data through disciplined lifecycle transactions and mass data corrections.
Maintain operational trackers, logs, and records to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Embed governance, metrics, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Support preparation of operational reports, volume tracking, SLA dashboards, and audit responses as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements.
Adhere strictly to defined processes, information security requirements, and confidentiality standards.

Working knowledge of HR systems and case management tools
Experience of working with global employees, in a global shared services environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in high‑volume, SLA‑driven, and globally aligned operations.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work in different shift timings based on business needs

Years of Experience Required
1–4 years of experience in HR Operations, workforce administration, HR shared services or equivalent enterprise environments.
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in HR, Operations, IT, Finance, Commerce or other disciplines
Post‑Graduate degree will be a plus.
