Our Impact: Our team manages all human resources tasks which includes people engagement, recruiting, employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, immigration, and managing employee inquiries and issues.
Your Strengths: On our team, you will have assigned responsibilities primarily focused on our Career Development Programme, Onboarding and Compliance but will be ready to assist with any of the work that is assigned to our team.
Your experience:
Our ideal candidate would hold two years' relevant experience or hold a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a business related field. A Human Resources qualification would be an asset. Associate or Senior Associate staff grade will be based on experience or interview.
