About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter – Talent Delivery to join our Dublin Recruiting team. In this role, you will own the full candidate journey from qualified pipeline through to offer acceptance and close. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes — bringing expertise, speed, and a consultative approach to every interaction.

What You'll Do

Candidate Management

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from first contact with a qualified candidate through to offer and their Day 1

  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring consistent communication and timely feedback

  • Manage candidate expectations and guide them through the full interview journey

  • Manage offer processes including compensation guidance, negotiation strategy, and close planning

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — pushing back, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing market intelligence that sharpens decision-making

  • Partner with other departments (Finance, Strategy, Compensation, Human Resources, etc) to drive the recruiting process through onboarding

Process & Execution Excellence

  • Manage a high-volume requisition load with urgency and precision, ensuring roles move through the pipeline without delay

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the systems at all times

  • Identify and escalate bottlenecks in the interview or decision-making process and proactively problem-solve

  • Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators and external partner companies to run an efficient, high-touch candidate experience

Data & Reporting

  • Track and report on key delivery metrics including time-to-fill, interview to hire ratio and offer acceptance rates

  • Use data to identify trends, surface insights, and continuously improve delivery performance

  • Provide regular updates and hiring forecasts to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a recruiting role, ideally within a large, complex, or high-growth organisation

  • Demonstrated track record of managing high volume job requisitions in a competitive market

  • Experience recruiting across multilingual sales preferred

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills — comfortable engaging at senior levels

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality

  • Data-literate — able to interpret metrics and use them to drive smarter decisions

  • Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent English

  • Familiarity with Workday and Slack are a plus
