About the team:
The Walmart Global Tech Talent Acquisition team drives strategic technology hiring across multiple U.S. business units, supporting engineering, data, product, and infrastructure growth. Acting as trusted talent advisors, the team collaborates with senior leaders on workforce planning, skill segmentation, and hiring velocity. Leveraging market intelligence, data insights, and structured assessments, they enhance hiring quality and build long-term capabilities. Managing complex, high-volume technical recruitment, the team influences organizational design and business outcomes, fostering sustainable hiring models that support Walmart’s innovation and growth.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and design effective recruitment plans.
- Utilize data-driven insights and advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring outcomes.
- Provide guidance on candidate assessment frameworks and interview best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet evolving organizational priorities.
- Lead multiple projects using agile methodologies to deliver scalable talent solutions.

- Proven expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition and talent sourcing strategies.
- Strong skills in data-driven decision making and recruitment metrics analysis.
- Experience leveraging internet recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
- Proficiency in agile methodology to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Deep understanding of talent strategy aligned with evolving business needs.
- Demonstrated capability to simplify processes and improve hiring timelines.
- Skilled in building long-term relationships to support talent pipeline development.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
