We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who owns the full recruiting lifecycle, from first conversation to signed offer, across both technical and business functions. This is a high-impact, high-volume role built for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, leverages AI-powered tools to work smarter, and never lets speed come at the cost of quality or candidate experience.
You'll serve as a true talent partner to hiring managers across engineering, product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, bringing strategic, consultative thinking to every search. You know how to push back when a job description undersells the role, challenge a hiring team when the bar needs recalibrating, and keep searches moving without losing rigor.
The ideal candidate has operated in both startup and enterprise recruiting environments and knows how to read the room, whether that means building process from scratch or navigating an existing one with finesse.
