Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and hiring skilled HVACR professionals and support staff to meet the company’s operational and growth needs. This role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline for field technicians, installers, sales, and corporate roles while supporting workforce planning and employer branding initiatives within the HVACR industry.

WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for HVACR positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, technical requirements, and project timelines.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews.
- Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, certifications, licenses, and field experience.
- Manage offer letters, negotiations, and pre-employment requirements.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice within the HVACR industry.
- Support career fairs, trade shows, and recruitment events.
- Assist in developing recruitment marketing content highlighting company culture, safety standards, and career growth opportunities.

Helios HVAC/R Services LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is up to $22-24 an hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
