The Team:

The People Operations Service Delivery Team is the foundational engine of administrative and organisational excellence for our global People Functions. This diverse and geographically distributed unit—with team members based across our key hubs, including Bangalore—operates as the central support system for the entire employee lifecycle.

We are dedicated to ensuring that all People Functions, including Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners, can operate efficiently by expertly handling critical organisational, administrative, and logistical responsibilities. Specifically, our Talent Acquisition Coordinators are the indispensable drivers behind our hiring success, supporting India and global recruitment efforts across different regions

The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in our Bangalore office, you will stand at the intersection of process efficiency and candidate experience, serving as a primary face of the company. Reporting directly to the Manager, People Service Delivery, you will work closely with both recruiters and hiring managers to provide a reputable, high-touch candidate experience.

You will be an expert at finding solutions that accommodate diverse hiring needs, driving accuracy and efficiency throughout the interview coordination process. This is a high-impact, high-potential role with incredible exposure to all aspects of the business. Together with our Talent acquisition team, your daily contributions will be critical to taking our in-house recruiting to the next level.

The work you’ll do:

  • Master Interview Logistics: Support a high-velocity recruitment process, coordinating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule complex global interviews.
  • Elevate the Candidate Experience: Own candidate communication from end to end, ensuring a positive, professional, and high-touch experience.
  • Prioritize with Agility: Understand business priorities to effectively manage scheduling conflicts with a can-do approach, knowing which meetings are critical and cannot be moved.
  • Govern Recruiting Systems: Manage our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) ensuring absolute documentation of processes, communication, and data integrity.
  • Support Operational Excellence: Create and maintain documents, folders, filing systems, and databases to support general business needs and ad hoc project

The qualifications you need:

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience, preferably in a talent acquisition, administrative support, or client service role.
  • Excellent Organisational Skills: A very structured and careful way of working, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive Self-Starter: A strong initiative to see things through to completion and actively contribute to the growth of Celonis.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Highly energetic, positive, and enthusiastic team player who loves solving problems and has strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; fluency in any additional language is considered a plus
