The Opportunity: 

The Flexport Talent team’s mission is to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes by creating an inclusive, engaging experience for all candidates and employees alike. We identify and attract the world’s top talent while embracing change and a rapidly evolving business. Together, we make global trade easy for everyone. We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Recruiter to support the hiring for Engineering, GTM (Go-to-Market) & operations positions across Europe. We value result-oriented self-starters who thrive in a team environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact.

This is an initial 7-month contract with the potential for extension.

You will:

  • Run full recruiting cycle for a variety of positions across multiple functions (Engineering, G&A, Sales, Operations) across Europe
  • Source and identify passive candidates while tracking data to ensure you’re investing in sources with the highest ROI
  • Contribute into recruitment related projects and process improvement initiatives at scale
  • Work side by side with the local business leaders and a small and mighty recruiting team to drive growth in the the region
  • Partner closely with our Recruiting and Hiring Leaders to ensure we attract, assess and close the best of the best
  • Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders
  • Build trusted candidate relationships, drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Europe to drive brand efforts within region
  • Have a flexible "can do" approach, happy to work in an ever changing environment and be part of an exciting journey

You should have:

  • 3+ years of a full cycle recruiting track record. In-house experience is essential. Experience of both agency and in-house is a plus
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, engineering and corporate functions, logistics/supply chain recruitment experience is a plus
  • Proven ability and interest in process improvement
  • Experienced with Greenhouse and / or other recruitment CRMs, LinkedIn recruiter; 
  • Good relationship management skills; your fans include candidates, interviewers, and hiring leaders
  • A drive for results; you bring the drive to see processes through end-to-end and ensure you deliver top talent 
  • Strong influence and solution-oriented and results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment
  • Humility; no task is too big or too small
  • Positivity and a growth mindset; we work awfully hard and have a blast doing it 
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team-based environment
  • Experience recruiting in multiple European countries is a plus
