What you'll do:

  • Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Build and maintain reports and datasets using Excel and/or Python
  • Support the design, documentation, and improvement of supply chain processes
  • Work with multiple stakeholders across different teams and departments
  • Assist in executing process improvement initiatives and operational projects
  • Create clear documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations in a structured and professional way
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results independently within defined timelines
  • Who we're looking for:

  • You’re pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • You’re bringing prior internship or work experience in analytical, operational, or project-based roles.
  • You’re skilled in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, and reporting.
  • You’re equipped with basic Python knowledge or experience using it for data analysis and reporting.
  • You’re comfortable working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
  • You’re strong in written and verbal communication.
  • You’re able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • You’re structured, organized, and detail-oriented, with a high standard for documentation and process clarity.
