Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Brazil.

This role is focused on building and scaling high-performing teams for fast-growing digital media and YouTube-first brands. You will own full-cycle recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent across creative, operational, and leadership roles. The position requires a strong balance of sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
You will play a key role in shaping candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, clarity, and strong employer branding.
A significant part of your work will involve building long-term talent pipelines and engaging with passive candidates in creative and digital communities.
The environment is fast-paced, remote-first, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on ownership and execution quality.

Accountabilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to offer negotiation and hiring closure.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across creative, operational, and leadership roles.
  • Coordinate interview processes, assessments, and stakeholder alignment throughout hiring cycles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and long-term candidate relationships.
  • Re-engage passive candidates and develop talent maps for key and recurring roles.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment documentation.
  • Track hiring metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows.
  • Requirements

    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
    • Experience recruiting for creative industries, digital media, creator economy, or similar environments.
    • Proven ability to hire for roles such as video editors, scriptwriters, designers, animators, or content-focused positions.
    • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, referrals, and alternative talent channels.
    • Experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates beyond CVs.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership teams.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in remote environments.
    • Data-driven mindset with ability to use insights to improve hiring outcomes.
    • International recruitment experience (differential).
    • High sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to hiring quality.
