Role Overview
Role and Responsibilities
Conduct structured, in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit across skills, experience, and role requirements
Match candidates to specific hiring needs with a strong focus on quality and precision
Represent the company brand with professionalism in all candidate interactions (virtual and onsite)
Evaluate candidate communication style, professionalism, and overall readiness for client-facing roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring expectations
Maintain high standards in candidate experience, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values
Provide clear and structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations
Qualifications
At least 2+ years of interview experience beyond basic pre-screening (experience in full interviews and candidate evaluation required)
Strong executive presence and professionalism in both virtual and face-to-face settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company brand effectively
Proven ability to assess candidates holistically and match them to specific role requirements
Experience in quality-driven recruitment (non-volume hiring preferred)
Background in BPO recruitment is acceptable only if paired with exceptional communication and interviewing depth
