We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Warsaw office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is a hybrid role, with two days per week in the office and the remaining days working from home.

In this role, you will support the recruitment team with day‑to‑day hiring activities and play an important part in creating a positive candidate experience. You will help connect candidates with roles that suit their skills and career interests, while learning about the recruitment process and how we work with hiring managers across the business.

Essential Key Responsibilities

  • Review applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements
  • Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
  • Manage the candidate experience from first impression to final interaction
  • Oversee the job requisition process including validation of job description prior to posting and hiring, budget, and approvals from appropriate stakeholders
  • Upload and update job adverts on job boards, social media sites, and our careers website
  • Initiate and monitor onboarding processes for new hires
  • Create regular reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring the reports and the applicant tracking system are aligned and that the documents provide an accurate, powerful snapshot of the status of the search and market

  • Essential Skills and/or Certifications

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve recruitment strategies
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and recruitment goals.
  • Experience using an online Talent Acquisition Tracking platform
  • Experience using Workday HRIS platform preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
