People Analyst – Talent & Projects

We're looking for someone who enjoys recruiting outstanding talent while also improving how we hire. In this role, you'll split your time between leading strategic hiring processes and driving projects that make Attraction & Selection more scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles across the company.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Lead Attraction & Selection projects focused on improving hiring quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Use data, AI, and automation to optimize recruiting processes and support better hiring decisions.
  • Build and improve recruiting playbooks, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic hiring initiatives, including employer branding, interview excellence, and process improvements.
  • What You Need To Succeed:

      • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in technology or fast-paced environments.
      • Experience leading projects or driving process improvements.
      • Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to support decision-making.
      • Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve productivity and hiring outcomes.
      • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
      • High ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
      • Fluent English for daily activities, discussions, meetings and interviews.
      • Nice To Have

        • Experience in high-growth technology companies.
        • Experience ATS platforms.
        • Knowledge of People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or automation tools.
        • Experience with employer branding, university recruiting, or talent community initiatives.
        • Familiarity with project management methodologies or agile ways of working.
