We are seeking an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. In this role, you will lead recruiting efforts for our Industrial Sales teams, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across the organization. You’ll join a high-performing recruiting team that plays a visible and strategic role in supporting company growth.

 

This position is primarily onsite and may be based in Warren, MI; Sterling Heights, MI; Houston, TX; or Addison, IL.

 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • High sense of urgency and strong follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience utilizing or quickly learning Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong drive for success
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals is highly preferred
  • Agency recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting within industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices
