This is a high-impact, hands-on recruiting role focused on building and scaling business hiring functions within a fast-growing healthcare technology environment. You will own full-cycle recruiting across Operations, Support, and related business roles that are critical to the company’s ability to scale effectively. The role is deeply sourcing-driven, requiring a proactive approach to building pipelines, strengthening talent networks, and engaging candidates in a competitive market. You will work closely with hiring managers to define needs, shape role requirements, and maintain high hiring standards as the organization grows. In this early-stage environment, you will help refine recruiting processes, improve calibration, and shape how candidates experience the hiring journey. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences team building, operational excellence, and the company’s long-term growth trajectory.

Accountabilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for business functions, primarily across Operations, Support, and related G&A roles, from initial outreach through offer stage.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build strong, consistent candidate pipelines in a competitive and fast-moving market.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring needs, and design structured interview processes.
  • Build and nurture external talent networks within healthcare operations and broader business functions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent hiring processes while ensuring speed, clarity, and a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Contribute to improving recruiting systems, including scorecards, feedback loops, calibration, and hiring consistency.
  • Provide market insights on compensation trends, candidate feedback, and hiring funnel performance to inform decision-making.
  • Requirements:

    • Experience recruiting in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment, particularly for business roles such as Operations, Support, or G&A.
    • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple open roles simultaneously.
    • Strong sourcing skills with a proactive, outbound-first mindset and ability to build pipelines from scratch.
    • Comfort working in ambiguous environments where roles and requirements evolve quickly.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong async collaboration habits.
    • Strong judgment in evaluating talent and clearly articulating hiring decisions.
    • Highly self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to execute without heavy structure.
    • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments where hiring processes are still being built and refined.
