Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our People Team. This internship is ideal for a graduate fresher looking to build a strong foundation in HR Operations and gain hands-on exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities – HR Operations
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in HR documentation, audits, and compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for employee lifecycle activities.
Support HR reporting, trackers, and day-to-day operational tasks.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Skills Acquired
