Talent Operations Specialist

Your Opportunity at Arc’teryx:

As the Talent Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling the systems, processes, communications, and operational rhythms that power Global Talent Management at Arc’teryx.

You will support the execution of strategic talent priorities by bringing structure, clarity, coordination, and operational excellence to complex cross-functional initiatives. Working across programs, stakeholders, and regions, you will help ensure Talent work is aligned, scalable, data-informed, and connected to broader business priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic coordination and operational execution, someone who can manage details while also understanding the bigger picture of how teams, systems, and experiences come together to drive impact.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

 

Meet Your Future Team:

The Talent Operations team enables the systems, processes, governance, communications and operating model that power our global Talent programs. We partner closely with Talent Leadership Team (TLT) and cross-functional business partners, and regional teams to improve how work gets planned, prioritized, communicated and executed globally.

As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will help bring consistency and operational rigor to how Talent work is delivered, supporting portfolio coordination, project execution, reporting, communications, process improvement, and team operations.  

If You were the Talent Operations Specialist, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of Talent Management programs, initiatives, and operational workstreams
  • Maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, tracking, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
  • Coordinating operational rhythms including planning cycles, reporting timelines, and stakeholder follow-ups
  • Supporting portfolio management and prioritization processes across Talent programs
  • Building and maintaining dashboards, trackers, reports, and operational documentation to improve visibility and alignment
  • Analyzing program data and operational metrics to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities
  • Supporting budget tracking, invoice management, forecasting, and operational reporting
  • Partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders across People & Culture, Retail, Product, Brand, and regional teams to support execution and alignment
  • Supporting communications planning and coordination across Talent programs and initiatives
  • Helping develop and maintain standardized templates, tools, frameworks, and operating procedures
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows, processes, and team efficiency
  • Helping identify opportunities to leverage technology and systems to improve operational efficiency, visibility, scalability, and team effectiveness
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, automations, and user experience across Talent platforms and processes

  • Supporting enterprise Talent Management operating models and governance practices
  • Enabling scalable systems and processes to support global Talent growth
  • Coordinating cross-functional Talent initiatives across multiple regions and stakeholders
  • Supporting Talent communications strategies, reporting, and operational storytelling
  • Enhancing KPI tracking and visibility across Talent programs and experiences
  • Building operational infrastructure that improves alignment, prioritization, and delivery across the Talent portfolio
  • Helping shape how Talent strategy gets translated into actionable plans and operational execution
  • Are You Our Next Talent Operations Specialist?

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in business, organizational development, Human Resources, Communications or a related field.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in operations, HR, or project/program management, or business operations
  • You have strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • You are comfortable working across teams and navigating cross-functional stakeholder environments
  • You have experience working with project management tools, dashboards, trackers, and operational reporting
  • You are detail-oriented and able to bring structure and follow-through to complex workstreams
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in evolving environments
  • You are solutions-oriented and continuously look for opportunities to improve how work gets done
  • You are curious about organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and how teams scale effectively
  • You have a passion for getting outside to Live It
  • Compensation:

    The salary range for this role is CAD$82,000 - $CAD108,000
