You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
The position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders in a fully remote, international setup.
This is a highly operational and detail-oriented role that requires strong ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You will directly contribute to scaling global teams by identifying and engaging high-quality talent across diverse roles.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and offer-stage management across multiple roles and clients.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms while building and maintaining strong, high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial candidate evaluations, and ensure alignment with role requirements and hiring standards.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment workflows across stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and search strategies.
  • Track candidate progress and ensure consistent, clear communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across different markets and role types.
  • Manage assigned requisitions end-to-end while maintaining accuracy, organization, and process discipline.
  • Support recruitment reporting, updates, and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Contribute to recruitment-related projects and continuous process improvements as needed.
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment, or related people operations roles.
    • Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Analytical, structured, and process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote-first, globally distributed team environment.
    • Experience working with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders across different time zones is highly valued.
    • Exposure to startup environments or high-growth recruitment settings is a plus.
    • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability in delivering hiring outcomes.
