You will act as a trusted advisor to shared services functions, partnering closely with leaders across HR, Finance, Marketing, and IT to align people strategies with business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping culture, improving performance outcomes, and enabling scalable growth across distributed teams. Operating in a remote-first environment, you will support both day-to-day HR operations and long-term strategic initiatives. Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for shared services functions, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement workforce strategies aligned with operational and long-term organizational goals.
  • Support organizational design, change management initiatives, and leadership development efforts across evolving business units.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decisions, improve retention, and enhance workforce performance outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and documentation standards, maintaining accurate and audit-ready HR records.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver training programs that strengthen leadership capability and employee engagement.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives in a remote-first environment while ensuring consistent HR support across teams.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role supporting corporate or shared services functions.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
    • Strong ability to translate business needs into effective HR strategies with measurable outcomes.
    • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, high-accountability environment with competing priorities.
    • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling or similar) and strong command of MS Office tools.
    • HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are considered a strong plus.
