Shape and roll out HR processes:
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, benchmarking, talent acquisition, and retention strategies across the US organization
Design and implement talent performance management programs (annual reviews, career paths, development frameworks)
Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions
Build and continuously improve onboarding processes in partnership with managers
Be a strategic business advisor:
Partner with senior leaders across all functions on organizational design and workforce decisions
Coach managers on how to lead their teams, navigate difficult conversations, and develop their people
Handle complex employee relations matters — including performance improvement plans, difficult exits, and reductions in force — with empathy and precision
Manage legal and compliance processes: contracts, visas, contractual terminations
Collaborate globally:
Work cross-functionally with Aircall's global HRBP team to ensure alignment on people programs and initiatives
Represent US employees and business context in global HR conversations
Build a strong employer brand & culture:
Champion Aircall's employer brand to attract and retain top talent, with a particular focus on tech candidates
Cultivate an open, dynamic, high-growth culture as Aircall continues to scale
8+ years of HRBP experience
A data-driven mindset — background in mathematics, business, or a related analytical discipline preferred
Experience at a large tech company combined with agility from a smaller, high-growth environment
Deep expertise in employee relations — you've navigated layoffs, difficult exits, and PIPs with professionalism and care
Strong manager coaching skills; you're a trusted partner to leaders at all levels
Excel proficiency and comfort using data to drive HR decisions
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive programs independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you build trust quickly and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
