Workday HRIS Analyst – Time & Absence (f/m/x)

We are looking for a System Analyst - Workday Absence & Time Tracking (f/m/x) to join our Organisation and Development Team, that focuses on improving AUTO1's capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, people, systems, metrics, and management processes in our AUTO1 Group People Department. In this Department we shape the way we work and help our team grow. AUTO1 Group is Europe’s leading digital automotive platform. We revolutionize the used car market with our well-known brands Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de and AUTO1.com.

  • Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and resolve issues

  • Lead implementation activities from requirements gathering to rollout

  • Support implementation and potential ownership of Workday Scheduling

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

  • Ensure strong integration with other Workday modules and systems

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues

  • Experience with system testing and release management

  • Background working in global or multi-country environments and strong stakeholder management

  • Good understanding of Absence and Time Tracking module touchpoints and dependencies
