Job Description
As a Multifamily (MF) Risk Asset Management Senior Associate, you will play an important role in supporting the management, monitoring, and strategic oversight of a multifamily asset portfolio. Working closely with business partners and stakeholders, you will analyze portfolio performance, evaluate asset-level and portfolio-level risks, and support the execution of asset management strategies that align with organizational objectives.
In this role, you will leverage enterprise systems and data analytics to monitor business processes, assess portfolio health, provide actionable insights, and ensure compliance with governance standards and risk management practices. Your work will contribute to protecting Fannie Mae's multifamily investments while advancing the company's mission to provide stability, liquidity, and affordability to the housing market.
