Job Description & Summary:  

Senior leader to drive GCC-led transformation across asset and wealth management value chains, focusing on operating model redesign, scalability, and digital enablement. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead enterprise-wide AWM transformation programs 

  • Drive front-to-back transformation across fund, portfolio, and client operations 

  • Design GCC strategies, TOMs, and governance structures 

  • Enable efficiency and innovation via GCCs 

Client & Growth 

  • Build CXO-level client relationships 

  • Lead deals, proposals, and transformation initiatives 

  • Drive business growth and opportunity development 

Practice Building 

  • Develop AWM GCC transformation playbooks 

  • Build and mentor high-performance teams 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

  • AWM domain (fund accounting, wealth, portfolio operations) 

  • GCC transformation and operating model design 

  • Stakeholder management and commercial expertise 

Preferred skill sets:
