• The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 3,600. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. The Role

Would you like to help advance complex capital markets processes through technology while working at the intersection of business and IT? Then join our Capital Markets team and support leading financial institutions in the further development of their Murex environments. We are particularly looking for individuals with a techno-functional background who can combine business analysis, solution design, and system implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• Support complex transformation and implementation projects involving the Murex MX.3 platform for leading banks and financial services providers.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, develop solution designs, and support the configuration, integration, and testing of new functionalities.
• Work closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and IT teams, serving as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support the optimization and digitalization of capital markets processes across the entire trade lifecycle.
• Gradually take ownership of work packages, sub-projects, and the functional leadership of smaller project teams.

Skills and Expertise

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university degree and relevant professional experience in consulting, IT, or transformation projects within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets products and processes, for example in Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX/MM (Foreign Exchange/Money Markets), Risk, Operations, or Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Murex MX.3 as a Business Analyst, Engineer, Key User, Application Owner, or Consultant.
• Strong interest in technical topics such as system integration, data flows, interfaces, migrations, configuration, and testing.
• Fluent English language skills, along with strong analytical and conceptual abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the technical implementation or enhancement of Murex modules.
• Knowledge of project management, Target Operating Models (TOMs), or regulatory transformation initiatives.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, interface/integration technologies, or test automation.
• Understanding of modern system architectures in the capital markets environment.
• Experience in the functional leadership of project teams or workstreams.
