About Us:
10x Team connects top freelance professionals with leading AI labs to accelerate innovation in artificial intelligence. We seek seasoned corporate lawyers based in the EU or UK to train AI systems focused on corporate law, contract analysis, compliance, and legal risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to corporate law, contracts, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation
Evaluate the practicality and accuracy of AI recommendations for legal risk, transactional work, and compliance issues
Create and develop real-world scenarios and case studies from your legal experience
Generate scenario variations reflecting industry standards, compliance best practices, and regulatory frameworks
Identify gaps or risks in AI-generated legal suggestions, and provide clear, actionable feedback
Guide AI systems to better understand, interpret, and apply corporate legal concepts and methodologies
About You:
Experienced Corporate Lawyer with a background in corporate transactions, compliance, and contract law
Based in the EU or UK
Familiar with legal research tools, contract drafting, and legal risk evaluation
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide structured, constructive feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.
The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.
Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.
This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
