Job Description:
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Operative Führung des ISMS - Einrichtung, Betrieb, Verbesserung sowie Zertifizierung
- Entwicklung und Implementierung der Informationssicherheitsstrategie in Übereinstimmung mit den Geschäftszielen, regulatorischen Anforderungen und der gegebenen Risikotoleranz
- Leitende Instanz für alle Themen rund um Cybersicherheit und Datenschutz sowie Beratung der Geschäftsführung zu neuen Trends, Technologien und Bedrohungsszenarien
- Etablierung und Pflege eines strukturierten IT-Compliance- und Governance-Rahmens (z. B. ISO 27001, NIST, DSGVO) sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen der Mitarbeiter bezüglich Informationssicherheitsthemen
- Identifikation und Bewertung von Informationssicherheitsrisiken, einschließlich der Festlegung von Maßnahmen zur Risikoreduzierung
- Sicherstellung der Product Compliance sowie Überwachung neuer und bestehender Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien und Begleitung von Zertifizierungsprozessen (z.B. CE-Kennzeichnung, TÜV)
Qualifikationen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung in der Informationssicherheit inkl. relevante Zertifizierungen
- Erfahrung als CISO von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
