Provides legal advice and counsel to business areas within an OpCo country, region or line of business. Provides advice related to a specialty focus/area (e.g., Compensation/Benefits, Corporate Law, Employment, IP, Litigation, M&A, Regulatory, Data Protection). May also rovide advice to business areas on Compliance related matters within the OpCo country, region or line of business.
Interacts with outside legal counsel for the Company as well as outside counsel for adverse parties and governmental agencies.May review outside counsel work product.
