Summary Court Law Clerk
The purpose of the class is to perform responsible, specialized clerical duties in support of efficient and effective Court Administration operations; to maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records; to assist in the courtroom as necessary, and to perform related work as required. The class works within a general outline of work to be performed, and develops work methods and sequences under general supervision. Requires high school diploma, GED or specialized vocational training; paralegal degree preferred. Requires over one year and up to and including two years. Must possess or be able to obtain Notary Public certification and NCIC certification. Must possess a valid state driver’s license. This position is located at 2500 Decker Blvd.
