What are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious legal professional who enjoys working across a broad range of legal topics. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within an international organization. You combine solid legal fundamentals with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach and are comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects early in your career.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Law (Swiss MLaw or equivalent international qualification) preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Law, combined with relevant professional experience will also be considered. Admission to the bar is an advantage but not required.
2–5 years of relevant professional experience gained in a law firm, consulting environment or in-house legal department. Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or CDMO industry is considered an advantage.
Exposure to commercial, corporate or contract law. Additional experience or interest in data protection, information security, compliance, risk management or related areas is considered a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate legal concepts into practical, business-oriented advice.
Excellent drafting and communication skills. Professional proficiency in English and German (written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills, particularly French or Spanish, are considered a plus.
High level of integrity, sound judgment and professional ethics.
Curiosity and willingness to learn across a broad range of legal and governance topics.
Self-driven, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a cross-functional, international environment
